Andrew has been making writing and directing comedy for a little bit now and people seem to like it. At 19, Andrew did a BBC Manchester six-month internship, which led to him writing and directing his first 10-minute comedy short, ‘The Bet’. After graduating from The University of Leeds, he got back to comedy filmmaking and has received a MySpace Comedy Award Nomination for 'Janine' and 'Let Her Go' and a Regional BAFTA nomination for ‘Unite’ which was broadcast on BBC1. One of his latest sketches, ‘CGI-brows’ was chosen from over 2000 filmmakers to become the WINNER of Virgin Shorts People’s Choice Award 2009. '
